Essa® extractor Pressure Pipe Horizontal (PPH)
The Essa PPH slurry sample extractor, also known as the horizontal pressure pipe sampler, features a sample probe cutter mounted in a branch pipe of a horizontal pipe, collecting samples from the slurry flow for online trend analysis. This allows for continuous monitoring of changes in the process stream’s properties. The information retrieved should only be used for trending purposes.

Essa® extractor Pressure Pipe Vertical (PPV)
The Essa® PPV slurry sample extractor, also known as a vertical pressure pipe sampler, features a sample probe cutter positioned in the main body of the vertical pipe sampler, taking the sample from the slurry product flowing through a rising vertical stream. The information retrieved should only be used for trending purposes.

Essa® extractor Shark Fin (SF)
The Shark Fin sampler is a static cutter named for the finned cutter shape. It extracts a portion of material directly from the slurry stream and is useful when a representative falling stream sample is unavailable. The information retrieved should only be used for trending purposes. It is generally installed in a non-pressurised section or close to an ambient pressure section within a horizontal pipe.

- Compatible with a baffle plate in front of the cutter to improve flow mixing
