Repulping and fibre liberation
The Dorr-Oliver Gorator's inclined rotor and peripheral stator bars deliver a highly efficient shearing action that deflakes, fiberises and disperses fibrous materials without cutting fibres — giving mills up to 50% more production from their pulpers.

Our millMAX™ pump features a patented on-line wear clearance adjustment to maintain constant flow and discharge pressure throughout the wear life of the wet end — without increasing speed or risking motor overload.

Sludge disintegration ahead of dewatering
The Dorr-Oliver Gorator disintegrates sludge and debris efficiently, with infinitely variable discharge slot spacing allowing the user to set the target particle size precisely. In effluent skimming applications, it disintegrates floating chips, bark and debris ahead of their combining with underflow sludge.
