Key benefits of our split-case pumps

  • Maximise energy savings

Our proprietary adjustable wear ring technology allows quick and easy control of suction-side clearance, increasing pump efficiency by 5-10% and helping maintain design performance over the pump's life, without increasing pump speed. This results in lower power consumption and lower cost per tonne pumped.

  • Extend wear life of wet-end parts

By allowing easy and regular adjustment of suction side clearance via the adjustable wear ring and eliminating in-pump grinding, KREBS pumps maintain hydraulic performance close to the BEP throughout the pump's lifetime, increasing the wear life of all wet-end parts.

  • Optimise pump liner performance

With multiple, easily interchangeable elastomers, high-chrome alloys, and polyurethane combinations available, KREBS pump liners are customised the application. This ensures the pump delivers even and predictable wear, enabling optimised maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime and onsite inventory holding.

  • Reduce need for skilled labour

We all know the mining industry needs more skilled labour. This lack can make it hard to attract the people you need to run your mineral processing lab, especially when the mine is in a remote location. With their reduced for human involvement, automated laboratories negate that challenge, ensuring a reliable and accurate flow of sample data, regardless of staffing concerns.

slurryMAX slurry pumps

Our slurryMAX pump is the most versatile, efficient, and longest-lasting slurry pump of its kind, handling most applications in mining and mineral processing plants. The increased performance of the pump’s centrifugal seal, with its large diameter expeller and oversized vanes, opens the door for more applications that previously had no alternative but to use water flush or expensive mechanical sealing systems.

  • Even and predictable wear.
  • Interchangeable wear material options.
  • Energy savings.
  • Eliminate gland water requirements.
