Remuneration at FLSmidth

Incentive plans

Total remuneration to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership
Team registered with Danish Business Authority decreased compared to 2024.

Total remuneration decreased compared to 2024, primarily due to decrease in number of Executive Leadership Team members from nine (9) to six (6).

Short term incentive programme (STIP)

The pay-out under the short-term incentive programme reflects that average performance for the financial KPIs (service order intake, adjusted EBITA margin and CFFO) were above target.

Long term incentive programme (LTIP)

In 2025, management received a pay-out close to maximum for the long-term incentive programme (LTIP) for the performance period 2022-2024. TheKPIs for  the 2025 LTIP grant are: Nominal EBITA and EBITA-margin, service order intake, total shareholder return and a sustainability KPI.
