Technical training

Knowledge transfer is an important part of our service centre offer. We’re always keen to pass on our experience and technical knowhow and offer technical training both onsite and at our FLS mining service centres. We like to be as hands-on as possible to ensure maximum engagement with our sessions and can schedule training to coincide with maintenance shutdowns to give your team the opportunity to learn on your equipment.

Rebuild & exchange – sustainable mining

Rebuilding worn components extends their useful life and saves the cost and environmental impact of buying new parts. For those parts that need regular rebuilding – like HPGR rollers – we offer an exchange programme. Simply call us up when your roller needs replacing, we’ll send you a rebuilt roller in as-new condition and rebuild your worn roller for later reuse.

We’re also working on our environmental impact in-house by switching to renewable energy, reducing water consumption and seeking opportunities to increase the efficiency of our service centres.
