In mining, we know that downtime can be costly. Not only to productivity, but also to your bottom line. The FLS PerformanceIQ® Hub is helping to transform the future of mining as a Gateway between customers and FLS expertise to help optimise their operation from asset to concentrator and deliver maximum value.
FLS ensures our customers’ data is safe. We have world-class cybersecurity measures in place to minimise risks and provide peace of mind when sharing site data with our team, which is required to provide the best possible support.
When you think ‘hub’, don’t think about a location. FLS PerformanceIQ Hub is a Digital Technology Centre that combines our unmatched process expertise, comprehensive data intelligence and innovative technologies with our Digital Solutions to help our customers discover untapped potential.
Your process is unique, and we treat it that way. Our team works with the customer to outline the challenges and goals, then we work to deliver a solution that exceeds expectations and minimises total cost of ownership (TCO).
As an industry leading OEM, we are no stranger to setting the standard. Now with our Hub approach, we can extend this game-changing service to all our customers, whenever and wherever you need us. Aiming for a seamless experience across the solutions we recommend, we take service to a new level.
Call, email, WhatsApp or log your incident online to receive support from the PerformanceIQ Hub. Once we’ve logged your incident, we will handle the request as quickly as possible and direct you to our specialists, channelling your enquiry according to the nature of the problem.
