Whether you’re operating a gold, copper, iron ore, lithium or other minerals processing plant, your feeder is subjected to intense wear. To keep this critical process running, you need wear parts that can take the hit. Our feeder wear parts are tailored to your application to ensure maximum performance and availability.
Choosing longer-lasting, better performing mining consumables not only supports your ambition to optimise overall feeding efficiency, but also creates a positive result for the environment. When wear parts last longer, there is less waste. The consumption of new materials is reduced, together with the environmental burden of their manufacture.
Our approach is customer-focused and technology-driven. We begin with a detailed review of your current situation and challenges to ensure that each wear part is optimised to the unique requirements of your specific application. This bespoke approach, coupled with a customised material selection aligned with the existing production conditions, is the cornerstone of our commitment to maximising service life, minimising downtime, and ultimately increasing operational efficiency.
Pans for feeders are the armour to protect the feeder. Without pans, not only would the equipment take significant damage, but they also would not produce an efficient flow of material to the next stage. Our pans are designed with a long wear life to minimise maintenance requirements, reducing operational costs and create an efficient material handling system.
A feeder plate ensures the consistent and controlled flow of materials in mining operations by distributing them evenly across the feeder. We build our feeders with tested and robust materials to withstand heavy impact and abrasive conditions, to maximise wear life. This leads to lower maintenance costs and improved operational efficiency.
We don’t just deliver a robust and high-performing solution; we ensure you get the most from it. We have a global network of service professionals available to support with installation, commissioning and maintenance to minimise unexpected downtime or failures.
It is no secret - feeders take a beating. From sharp materials to high drop heights, feeders need to be able to handle harsh operating conditions. We take our OEM quality seriously and utilise experience gained over decades in the field to develop the most robust solutions to handle the most difficult applications across the mining flowsheet.
Feeders hold an interesting and critical role in mining. Without efficient handling of material, throughput levels can drop and ultimately limit overall productivity. Our wear parts are designed for not only durability, but to enable a consistent and uniform feed rate by minimising blockages and spillage.
There are a wide range of feeders in the market today - Apron, belt, vibrating pan, wobbler and more! As with all areas, feeders are designed per each customer operation, and we aim to treat them that way. Whether it is an FLS brand feeder, or another supplier, our wear parts can be designed for a seamless and precise fit to maximise performance and availability of feeders in any application.
