Essa® Vezin rotary samplers for primary, secondary, and tertiary sampling applications feature a square design for easy installation and to allow flat wear liners. The enclosed unit has a rotating cutter that moves at a constant speed through the falling sample stream. Designed for minimal maintenance, they offer options like internal rubber lining and automatic washdown.
The Essa® DAS is a fully enclosed unit with a traversing radial sample cutter that moves uniformly through a falling stream of dry granular material. Featuring flanged connections, it is designed to be installed in vertical pipes.
Our Essa® RTS splits the sample between various material percentage discharge chutes at the base of the machine body ensuring that multiple outputs of required sample amount are delivered. The unit comprises a head platform housing a braked gear motor with a belt drive to rotate a material chute (tube).
