Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 14-2011, 29 June 2011.

FLSmidth has received a contract worth approximately USD 50m (approximately DKK 260m) from Kalumbila Minerals Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. for the supply of equipment to their extensive copper development, Sentinel Project, situated in northern Zambia.

The order entails the supply of 4 mills in two production lines, each line will have a SAG mill and a ball mill. The SAG mills and the ball mills will be the largest size installed in the African Continent to date.

"Zambia is a major producer of copper with great future growth potential. With strong economic growth and significant reserves it has become an attractive location for investments. This order points to FLSmidth as a central supplier to this increasingly important market," Group CEO Jørgen Huno Rasmussen comments.
